Joyce Williams, appointed as Special Advisor & Head of Diaspora of AFCFTA Policy Network-Ghana & Diaspora

On January 14, 2020, the Board of Directors,  the International Board of Advisory and the Directors of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) Policy Network -Ghana & Diaspora appointed Ms. Joyce Williams, founder and managing attorney of Armooh-Williams, PLLC as a Special Advisor & Head of Diaspora of the Network.  In the  appointment letter, the Executive Director of the Network, Mr. Louis Yaw Afful wrote: “We believe in your expertise and experience and wish you the very best.”

Ms. Williams in response stated how she is humbled by the appointment and is looking forward to serving the network and contributing to the success of the AfCFTA.  Ms. Williams also shared that there is a lot of work to be done and is looking forward to engaging the Diaspora to take an active part in the implementation process of the AfCFTA.
